Today we are going to be talking about the 4 main areas of our lives in our opinion and why having issues in one or more of these areas will leave you unfulfilled and unhappy.
2. Mindset/mental health
How you treat these 4 areas of your life will determine the success and overall fulfilment of your life.
These are some common issues that we see day in, day out and we’ll give the 5 most common examples per section.
1. You have no boundaries
2. You don’t effectively communicate.
3. You aren’t being present in the moment with them.
4. You won’t let go of the past.
5. You judge and try and fix them.
1. You’re not doing the basics of self-care, exercise, hydration, clean diet etc.
2. You’re spending too much time on your phone.
3. You’re denying there’s a problem.
4. You push people away that are trying to help you.
5. You’re being way too hard on yourself.
1. You have no clarity on what you want your future to look like.
2. You’re spending money you don’t have on things you don’t need to impress people you don’t like.
3. You have no awareness around your current situation.
4. You bow to external pressures from other people.
5. You have no strategy on how to change.
1. Your goals are too big.
2. You’re not being disciplined and relying on motivation.
3. You’re impatient.
4. You think you can achieve it all on your own.
5. You don’t believe you can actually achieve it.
If you write these areas down and if any pointers apply to you and your life. Make sure you do this with honesty and a humble mindset, you can identify key areas that need to be changed. And rewrite your destiny and improve your chances of being fulfilled in your life.
